Southminster Presbyterian Church offers a variety of beautiful spaces for rent, perfect for public and private events of all sizes. Clergy, Audio/Visual Technicians, and Musician Support are also available for hire. We require a 30-day minimum grace period for all rentals. Outside organizations must be registered nonprofits able to provide a certificate of liability insurance to rent space.
We are conveniently located in Beaverton on the corner of Hall Blvd & Denny Rd, right off Highway 217, and on Trimet bus line 76.
Church members receive a 50-percent rental fee discount. Restrictions do apply; please see read the Policies and Rates for details.

Well-lit room with long table, chairs, and a large dry-erase board.
Perfect for work groups and meetings.

Occupancy: 7 people
Equipped with an electric range, 2 ovens, 2 sinks, and 2 dishwashers, and small appliances.
Features a large bay service window, perfect for serving large groups.
Small Room
Occupancy: 6 people
A great calm, welcoming place to host small groups.
Cozy and private with comfortable seating.
Large Classrooms
Occupancy: 35 people
Bright, well lit rooms suitable for a variety of purposes.
Rooms 6 and 8 are adjoining with a moveable partition. Room 7 features a widescreen TV for use.
