38th Celebration of Creativity
Call for Volunteers
March 3 – March 6
Our congregation has made this event happen for almost 40 years by volunteering time and talents in a variety of ways. In volunteering, you’ll have the opportunity to work among beautiful art, meet new people, deepen existing ties, and have lots of fun.
So please take a look below to see where and when you might like to contribute your time.
Rebecca Walp, Volunteer Coordinator, will have sign-up sheets in the Petersen Gallery
beginning January 24 and every Sunday until the show.
- 2/21, Sunday
Right after church, help “put the church away” and begin installing display walls and grids. Lunch provided. - 2/28, Sunday
Right after church, remove chairs and help set up kiosks, risers, and display boxes, 11:30-12:30. Lunch provided. - 2/28-29, Sunday and Monday
Check in artists and their artwork – Sunday, 1:00pm-4:00pm and Monday, 9:00am-1:00pm. - 3/1-3/3, Tuesday – Thursday
Install art, Tuesday, 9:30am – Thursday, 4:00pm. - 3/3-3/6, Thursday – Sunday
Work the Show: Security, Sales Table, Wrappers, Food & Beverage Servers,
Boutique Attendants, Cookie Providers - 3/6, Sunday
Check out artists after the show closes, 4:30pm – 6:00pm. - 3/6, Sunday
Take it all Down! Sunday, 3:00pm – 7:00pm.
No experience necessary. We’ll show you the ropes. Please sign up to help. It can’t happen without you, and besides, YOU’LL HAVE FUN!
