Have you Heard??

HAVE Yhave you heardOU HEARD….You don’t have to refuse jury duty just because you cannot hear well. The Americans with Disabilities Act prohibits discrimination based on mental or physical disability in gaining access to public services. If you are appearing in court in any role (litigant, juror or witness) you should make a request to the court as early as possible. You can ask for an assistive listening system, real-time captioning, or an interpreter on the day, time and place you need these services. Further questions? Call or e-mail Vicki March.
